TKFV Holdings Inc. have acquired the site at 10 Marley Place in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring the potential of new stacked townhouse dwellings in the rear yard of the property and retaining the existing heritage dwelling.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
